AREAS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL

The Kroger-Rotary Club Shelter (above) at Millennium Park  is located near the softball fields and may be rented in two hour blocks for $50.  Approximate maximum under-shelter accommodation number is 50-60.  Refunds will be given only if shelter use is cancelled for inclement weather.  Charcoal grills are available and shelter is equipped with electrical outlets.  Scheduling must be done Monday-Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm at the Parks and Recreation office. 

The Community Trust Shelter (above) at Millennium Park is located near the central playground and may be rented in two hour blocks for $25.  Approximate maximum under-shelter accommodation number is 25-30.  Refunds will be given only if shelter use is cancelled for inclement weather.  Charcoal grills are available and shelter is equipped with electrical outlets.  Scheduling must be done Monday-Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm at the Parks and Recreation office.

"BUNNY" DAVIS RECREATION COMPLEX

The upstairs area of the Davis Recreation Complex building may be rented for $15 per hour during regular Fitness Center hours, or $25 per hour after regular hours.  A refundable cleaning deposit of $25 is required.  Approximate maximum accommodation number is 75.  Tables and chairs are available.  Scheduling must be done Monday-Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm at the Parks and Recreation office.

Softball, Baseball, and Soccer fields at Millennium Park may be rented for a base rate of $100 per day per field (does not include use of pressbox or scoreboard).  Scheduling must be done Monday-Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm at the Parks and Recreation office.

The Davis Recreation Complex Pool may be rented during summer operating hours for the following rates:  $75 for 2 hours (during regular hours),     After hours/private party for 2 hours - $125 for 1-25 swimmers, $150 for 26-50 swimmers, $200 for 51-99 swimmers, and $250 for over 100 & over swimmers.  Call Cassie at 238-9438 for more information or to schedule rental.
