FITNESS CENTER
Fitness Center regular membership rate is $25 per calendar month. We do not charge any type of enrollment fee, nor do we require any type of contract. Several local businesses have provided discounted rates for their employees...call our office for information. Student rates are $15 per calendar month (proof is required...student ID, schedule, etc.).

RACQUETBALL and WALLYBALL |
The Fitness Center is equipped with
two racquetball courts that are available through scheduled appointments.
Racquetball tournaments and individual competitions are available, and
private instruction is offered to monthly members at no extra charge.
One
court may also be used for Wallyball, a variation of the traditional
Volleyball game. It is recommended that participants call 238-1233 to
schedule courts. If you schedule courts and that appointment is not
kept, scheduler will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.

WEIGHT ROOM |
Our weight room is equipped with a wide variety of resistance equipment as well as free weights, cardiovascular equipment, and a separate abdominal room. Trainer/weight room attendant is available for occasional instruction or individual training. Attendant is on duty in the weight room Monday-Friday evenings. Only those individuals over the age of 14 may use the weight room equipment.

STEP & AEROBIC CLASSES
|
Step-Aerobic classes at the Parks and Recreation Fitness Center are designed so that the participant may work at their own level. All classes are for men and women of all ages and provide a safe and simple, yet challenging, aerobic workout in a private setting. Stop by the front desk to pick up a current Fitness Schedule or check class schedule at Fitness Classes.

KARATE
|
Classes in Okinawa GojuRyu for
youth and adults are offered weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Occasional short-term classes are also offered in self-defense, etc. For more information
